In rare cases, there may be delays. Please also check your spam folder.

If you paid via PayPal and received a confirmation there or were shown an order number, your order was successful.

I ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM OR SIZE

We try to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee them. Please write to us as soon as possible at online@hidden-corner.de.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders received before 3:00 PM are usually processed on the same business day, both nationally and internationally. In exceptional cases, delays may occur.

Changes or cancellations are not always possible and depend on the processing status of your order. There may be restrictions, especially during peak times and on weekends.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY DETAILS?

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us by email.

WHEN IS MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER READY FOR COLLECTION?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email notifying you that it is ready for pickup.

Processing usually takes a few hours during our opening hours. During peak times, it may take longer.

Please refer to the information in the pickup confirmation.

I don't have a returns form for my order.

Please enclose a note with your name, order number, and your request with the package.

Alternatively, you can send us an email to online@hidden-corner.de – we will then send you a PDF.

HAS MY RETURN BEEN RECEIVED?

We aim to process returns on the same day. However, on weekends it may take up to 48 hours.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a notification at the email address provided in your order. Please also check your spam folder.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

We usually process returns on the day of receipt. On weekends, it can take up to 48 hours.

Card payments are refunded within 3–5 business days, depending on the provider.

PayPal payments are refunded immediately, and you will also receive a notification from PayPal.

Please also check your spam folder if the confirmation has landed there.

HOW LONG IS THE RETURN PERIOD?

You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to return them.

After this period, late applications may be rejected.
