Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We offer free shipping on deliveries within Germany (from €20.00) .

We ship with Hermes.

Deliveries within Europe:

We calculate shipping costs abroad as a flat rate as follows (including statutory VAT):

Europe:
EU: €14.49
For shipments to non-European countries, customs duties and import taxes may also be levied above a certain value of goods.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes 1-4 days, and for deliveries abroad, 5-10 days after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed prepayment, after receipt of your payment).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
